I’m Plum, a freelance Arts Manager and Creative Theatre Producer from the South West.

Currently based in Bristol, I produce cultural events, festivals & shows and lead & set strategy for organisations in the cultural sector across the South West and UK. I am deeply passionate about what I do. You’ll find my work in a range of environments, particularly non-traditional spaces, working to reduce barriers and develop audiences for all kinds of theatre, music and culture. I aim to create environments where artists and communities can thrive, making work that makes you laugh, cry, dance, and everything in-between.

I’ve developed fundraising bids across a variety of scales with multiple stakeholders, written & delivered strategy’s for organisations, and developed & toured productions across the UK. You can see some of the projects I’ve been involved with here and see below for more information on what I specialise in.

I’m an alumni of the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama Arts Management MA and am proud to be the current Artistic Director of Endelienta Arts.
